One-on-one sessions
A private session shaped around you. We might work with breath to settle your nervous system, move through a Kundalini kriya, sit in meditation, or simply make space to be heard.
Kundalini yoga, breathwork, and meditation guided by Jyoti, a teacher and facilitator based in Toronto.
With a lifetime of meditation and mantra practice and KRI Level 1 training in India, Jyoti's work brings together breath, movement, sound, and meditation with nervous system awareness to support regulation, clarity, and lasting inner change.
Practice is not about becoming someone else. It is about slowing down enough to remember who you already are.

Longer time to slow down. Half-day and full-day retreats, and workshops for groups. New dates are added as they are confirmed.

I believe the body holds both our wounds and the keys to their release.
I'm a yoga and meditation teacher with nearly twenty years of practice. I've trained in Kundalini Yoga, completed my KRI Level 1 Teacher Training in India, and draw on Kriya Yoga in my own practice as well. I work with individuals one-on-one, teach group classes both online and in person, and have guided students internationally, including in Costa Rica.
I was drawn to Kundalini Yoga in my late teens, during a time when I struggled to stay regulated in everyday life. I felt a pull toward something deeper: a way to pursue my goals while still feeling whole, grounded, and internally aligned. What keeps me coming back is its unmatched capacity to cultivate clarity, inner strength, peace, and embodied wisdom. That same curiosity has pulled me into neuroscience and neuroplasticity, and more recently into the quantum world, where I keep finding less distance between this ancient technology and what modern science is only now starting to ask.
Part of this comes from how I was raised. I grew up Sikh, with meditation, mantra, and Kirtan woven into my family's everyday life, and that early foundation still shapes how I hold a room and a practice today.
Sharing these teachings is my purpose. I know firsthand what it is to feel disconnected from yourself, and I know what it took to find my way back. That is what I want for the people I work with: not a quick fix, but a real, lasting relationship with their own body and mind. Every session, every class, and every word I write comes from that same place, a genuine passion for helping others come home to themselves.
Breathwork, gentle Kundalini movement, and meditation, live on Zoom, 7:00–8:15 pm ET. Ongoing, so there's no need to wait for a new series.

No. Everything is guided, and you can move at your own pace. If something doesn't feel right for your body, we adjust it.
We start by talking about what you're carrying and what you need. From there I guide you through a mix of breath, movement, and meditation shaped around that. You leave with a practice you can repeat at home.
